On December 03, 2020 (85 FR 78046), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a notice in the federal register requesting public comment on a proposed draft revision to the policy statement titled NRC Enforcement Policy (the Policy). The NRC is soliciting comments from interested parties, including public interest groups, States, members of the public, and the regulated industry (i.e., reactor, fuel cycle, and material licensees, vendors, and contractors) to assist the NRC in revising its policy. Please submit comments by February 1, 2021. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the NRC is able to ensure consideration only for comments received before this date.
