On June 22, 2016 (81 FR 40728), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a renewal of existing information collection and request for comment in the federal register inviting the public to comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information entitled, “NRC Forms 540 and 540A, Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest (Shipping Paper) and Continuation Page.” Please submit comments by August 22, 2016. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the NRC is able to ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
