On December 11, 2019 (84 FR 67659), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a correction in the federal register amending the final rule published on November 18, 2019 (84 FR 63565) regarding miscellaneous corrections to the NRC regulations in 10 CFR. This action is necessary to insert language that was inadvertently omitted from the regulatory text. The correction is effective on December 18, 2019 (same effective date as the original final rule).
