On October 16, 2020 (85 FR 65656), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a final rule in the federal register amending its regulations to make miscellaneous corrections in 10 CFR Parts 1 thru 140. These non-substantive amendments include redesignating footnotes, correcting references, typographical errors, nomenclature, titles, email addresses, and contact information. This final rule is effective on November 16, 2020.
