The International Air Transport Association (IATA) published their second Addendum to the 64th edition (2023) of the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) on March 31, 2023. This addendum is effective starting January 01, 2023, and includes new and revised operator variations in Section 2.8.4. Plus, a few corrections to Section 2.3.5.8 Portable Electronic Devices (PED) (Including Medical Devices) Containing Batteries and Spare Batteries (for lithium batteries) and Section 5 Packing instruction 952 (for lithium batteries).
