On November 25, 2020 (85 FR 75402), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a notice in the federal register inviting the public to comment on its plan to revise the Form MCSA–5889 “Motor Carrier Records Change Form.” This form’s purpose is to collect information required by the Office of Registration (MC–RS) to process name changes, address changes, and reinstatements of operating authority for motor carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers. Please submit your comments on or before January 25, 2021.
