On August 13, 2019 (84 FR 40125), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a notice in the federal register requesting approval to extend an existing Information Collection Request (ICR) titled, “Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Highway Routing.” FMCSA states the information reported by each individual State and Indian tribe is necessary to identify designated/restricted routes and restrictions or limitations affecting how motor carriers may transport certain hazardous materials on their highways, including dates that such routes were established and information on subsequent changes or new hazardous materials routing designations. Please submit comments on or before October 11, 2019.
