On October 08, 2020 (85 FR 63648), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a notice in the federal register requesting comments on its plan to submit for renewal two (2) Information Collection Requests (ICR) titled: 1) “The Endorsement for Motor Carrier Policies of Insurance for Public Liability” (Forms MCS–90/90B) and 2) “The Motor Carrier Public Liability Surety Bond” (Forms MCS–82/82B) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its review and approval. The information collected in these forms will be used to help ensure that motor carriers of passengers and property maintain appropriate levels of financial responsibility to operate on public highways. Please submit comments to FMCSA on or before December 7, 2020.
