On August 24, 2021 (86 FR 47365), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a notice in the federal register requesting information and answers to eight (8) questions to assist FMCSA in reviewing records retention requirements in 49 CFR Part 379 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs). Please send comments on or before September 23, 2021.
