On July 27, 2023, the Department of Energy (88 FR 48544); the Department of Health and Human Services (88 FR 48550); the Department of Labor (88 FR 48576); the Department of Transportation (88 FR 48582); the Department of Homeland Security (88 FR 48562); the Environmental Protection Agency (88 FR 48598); and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (88 FR 48688) published their respective notices in the federal register making available their portion of the semi-annual Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions under development, completed, or canceled since the last agenda. These federal agencies expect this information will enable the public to be more aware of and effectively participate in their respective regulatory and deregulatory activity, and will encourage the public to submit comments on any aspect of these agendas.
