On December 26, 2019, the Department of Energy (84 FR 71126); the Department of Transportation (84 FR 71162); the Department of Homeland Security (84 FR 71142); the Environmental Protection Agency (84 FR 71190); and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (84 FR 71282) published their respective notices in the federal register making available their portion of the semi-annual Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. All agencies are also requesting comments on the activities as identified in their respective Agenda. Please submit comments on rulemaking activities as identified by January 27, 2020.
