On August 23, 2019 (84 FR 44225), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a final rule in the federal register amending 40 CFR Parts 1 – 763 to reflect a change in address and organization names for EPA’s Region 6 office (South Central region serving Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and 66 Tribes). This action is editorial in nature and is intended to provide accuracy and clarity to EPA’s regulations. This rule is effective on August 23, 2019.
