On October 29, 2019 (84 FR 57813), the Department of Transportation (DOT) published a notice in the federal register correcting a civil penalty revision in the final rule published on July 31, 2019 (84 FR 37059). Specifically, on page 37073, in the second column, amendatory instruction 47c should read as follows: c. Remove the dollar amount “$113,894” and add in its place “$116,766”.
