On March 04, 2020 (85 FR 12779), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published a notice in the federal register announcing their creation of an online portal for DOE’s guidance documents. This portal https://www.energy.gov/gc/doe-guidance provides links to DOE program web pages containing guidance documents, as required by Executive Order and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-20-02. The portal and associated link are currently active as of March 4, 2020.
